Changing Your World - Thinking Your Way to Changing Your World
Changing your world, i.e., your life, doesn't have to be as difficult as it might seem.
As with everything else in your life, this has everything to do with your perception of reality.
It's all about how you decide to filter events through your mind.
If you find yourself waking up to a life that makes you feel depressed or unhappy, how can you decide to look at things from a new angle?
How can you visualize things differently, therefore changing your world mentally?

"Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it." - Helen Keller
How come a person like Helen Keller, who was born blind and deaf, decides to overcome her shortcomings, while many people who can see and hear just fine decide that they have no chance in life?
Why is this?
Before you can live a reality of abundance and happiness, you have to first believe in that reality.
Deep down, you already know that changing your world is nothing but changing your mental perspective.
Think about it. Anything that happens to be "good" in your life is that way because you somehow perceived that it was supposed to be that way, right? And anything you struggle with is really only because you've somehow developed a mental block about it along the way.
You might think talking to a stranger is a piece of cake while I struggle with what to say when I meet someone new. I might think giving a public speech is easy while talking to a group may scare you to death.
Why do you perceive one thing to be more difficult than another? Somewhere in your experience, the easy stuff never got mangled in your brain's "hardwiring" like your hard stuff did.
But here's the key to changing your world into one of life abundance: The hard stuff isn't hard. You just developed a "mental groove" that convinced you it's hard.
You need to convince yourself of this fact: Re-wire your mind to "undo" those mental roadblocks and you can truly change your life for the better. Develop a well trained mind.
"Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved." - Helen Keller
Changing your world is a process of growth. Recognize where that growth is needed and discover for yourself the solutions that will help you through.
Change your life,
Matt
