Privacy Policy What's a Habit?Let's back up a bit and define a habit. A habit is an activity you've gotten so used to doing that it hardly requires any thought. If you've developed the habit of coming home from work and sitting right down in front of the TV with a bag of chips each day, you'll find it just happens without much thought - day after day after day...
