I've broken this page into "spiritual words of encouragement" sections, each offering a different thought in regards to achieving life abundance and experiencing a successful spiritual journey.
Words of Spiritual Encouragement Your Inner Voice
Are you living a life of inner anxiety and confusion? The answer to helping yourself with this is to define how you're choosing to think during each moment of your life. Are you perceiving your life from the eyes of your ego or from the perspective of your higher soul?
When you think from your ego's point of view, you'll find you make decisions that create turmoil for yourself. Your ego is afraid of your higher self because your higher self will make your ego insignificant. Your ego feeds off making you feel insecure and inadequate.
When you experience feelings of inner peace and abundance, that's when your higher spirit is guiding you.
Pay attention to these moments.
Listen.
Your spiritual self will offer it's own words of spiritual encouragement. This is when you're trying to tell yourself what it is you need to live a peaceful existence without all the inner turmoil.
There was a time in my life when I found myself in a business where the culture was one of, "You won't achieve anything if you're not always high-strung in the pursuit of the next sale".
I bought into that. I worked 12-15 hour days. I filled my day with appointments. I gave presentation after presentation. I actually became successful for a time.
But inside there was always this tiny little voice I kept pushing away. My inner voice whispered that this hurried, rushed lifestyle wasn't for me. I became more and more miserable over time. Everyday, my insides were in knots.
For a long time I didn't listen to these words of spiritual encouragement. I pushed my higher self away. I fed my ego side, trying to build material wealth for myself. At last I just became burned out and "unsuccessful". I left the business in debt, feeling like a failure.
In the months that followed I finally listened to my own personal spiritual words of encouragement.
The ones that reminded me how happy I used to be as a kid reading a book for hours on end. Or taking time to talk with family and friends. Or taking a walk and looking in wonderment at the world's natural beauty.
I realized that a life running around like crazy seeking that next pile of money wasn't a life worth living. As I finally listened to my own special words of spiritual encouragement, I slowed my life down.
I can now walk to work. I began building websites so I could build a business gradually from home. I rediscovered my guitar playing which I had neglected while working myself into a big ball of anxiety and turmoil.
You need to listen to your inner voice. It's trying to enlighten you on what you need in order to feel inner peace and abundance. Please quiet your mind and listen.
It's possible to experience inner peace and still live a productive, prosperous life. It's a choice you make. Just like the choice I made where I build a business from home instead of lugging myself all over town in rush hour traffic.
It really is just a matter of consulting your higher self's words of spiritual encouragement in moments of potential inner turmoil.
"Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks within, awakens." - Carl Jung
You wonder why you're filled with turmoil and anxiety. Only you have the answer to this riddle. Awaken.
Words of Spiritual Encouragement Your Past
Understand this - Your past wasn't bad or good. It just was.
You need to internalize this idea and the following words of spiritual encouragement. Your spiritual growth is predicated on you deeply understanding that this very moment is all that matters.
This very moment in time is so precious. It was when I really understood the power of every "present" moment that I began to grow spiritually. When I stopped identifying myself with my past. What a liberation!
Right now, you bring up moments from your own past and beat yourself up over what did or didn't happen. You feel guilt, remorse, shame, etc. It fills you with anxiety.
It's time for you to realize that your past has no bearing on who and what you are. Take these words of spiritual encouragement, understand them deeply, and set yourself free of what was. Tap into the power of what is.
What is. Right now, you are exactly where you're supposed to be. You're struggling to break free from inner turmoil and to unlock the secret to your own inner peace and abundance.
You're thinking about it. You're reading my words.
Yesterday means nothing. Stop identifying with past hurts or people that caused that pain. There's no reason to worry about your own past actions. Internalize my spiritual words of encouragement and forgive yourself. You have the power to do that right now.
There are people in your life who try to keep you locked in your past. They define you based on what was. They label you. These labels are irrelevant.
You can re-invent yourself just by not identifying with your past. Yes, it happened. You've learned from it, but it's not who you are.
This idea may seem a bit bizarre at first. I know you'll "remember" your past. All I'm suggesting is that you stop "identifying" yourself against it. Allow your consciousness to be completely "present" in the Now.
You're a spiritual being - eternal. This part of you was alive before you were born here and it'll be alive when your body dies.
This is the part of yourself that will listen to my words of spiritual encouragement if you let it. It's the part of you that can help you live inside each and every moment of time you're blessed to experience.
Change your life,
Matt
